100% Satisfaction Free-Paint Guarantee

If you don't feel we've given you a neat, clean, professional paint job, we'll do our very best to make it right. If we can't satisfy you despite our best and continued efforts, the paint is free.

How it works

1. We walk the job with you before we call it done. We don't leave until you're happy with it.
2. If you find a problem later, call, text or email us within 30 days of the day we finish. We'll come back and fix it.
3. If it's still not right after two return visits, the paint is free. We refund the paint line on your quote.
4. The refund is the paint line on your approved quote. Labor, prep, primer and repairs stay as quoted. Your invoice is due as usual. Once it's paid, the refund goes out by check or ACH within 15 days.
5. Not covered:
   • Colors and sheens you picked. A new color is new work and gets its own quote.
   • Anything the quote lists as not included, and surface conditions the quote calls out.
   • Damage after we finish: weather, moisture, something hitting it, or another contractor's work.
   • Work changed or touched up by someone else.
   • Paint you supplied.
   • Normal wear and fading.
6. The guarantee is for the customer named on the quote and covers the work on that quote. It's in addition to the workmanship warranty below.

Workmanship warranty

On every quote. 5 years on vertical surfaces, 2 years on horizontal. Covers peeling, blistering and flaking caused by improper application. Doesn't cover normal wear, fading or external damage.
