American Painting (Summit Service Group LLC) · Effective October 29, 2026

American Painting ("we," "us") is a residential painting company in Bend, Oregon, operated by Summit Service Group LLC. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you call, text, email, or submit a request on this website, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the work you're asking about (for example, the rooms or surfaces you want painted). Calls to our business line may be recorded and transcribed so we can capture your request accurately.

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages they view and how they scroll and click; Clarity uses cookies, and Microsoft's privacy statement is at privacy.microsoft.com.

How we use it

We use your information only to run our business with you: answering your questions, scheduling estimates and jobs, sending service-related updates, preparing quotes, and keeping records of the work we do for you. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and consent (for example, verbally when you call our business line, or by checking a consent box on a form), we may send you service-related text messages such as appointment and estimate follow-ups, crew arrival notices, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply.

How we ask on the phone. When you call (541) 640-5350 and give us your number, our receptionist asks: “Is this number you’re calling from a good one to reach you at?” and then “And is it okay if we text you updates at this number?” We text you only if you say yes. Calls to our business line are recorded and transcribed, and your answer is kept with your customer record. After you opt in we send one confirmation text; reply STOP at any time to opt out.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for help. You can also call us to opt out.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that make our operations work (for example, our telephone and messaging carrier, scheduling and quoting software), and only as needed to serve you, never for their own marketing. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep customer records for as long as we have a business relationship with you or as required for tax and warranty purposes, and we protect them with access controls on our systems.

Your choices

You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by using the contact details below.
